Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We don't much anymore since we can just use Figma/Figjam

Helps a lot with white boarding designs and collaborating.

Miro is a single use tool. Figma with Figjam is a multiple use tool that fits are usage more appropriately.
Miro is a single use tool. Meaning as designers we spend a lot of time in one tool (e.g. Figma). Using multiple tools and having stakeholders use multiple tools can be complex and time consuming. For us Miro suits the use case of workflows and workshops with stakeholders outside of Figma.
