Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We used it since our partner was using it. This helped us collaborate effectively with them and others internal and external. It became this giant board to share ideas and move forward quickly on the ones. Discussing around the prototype and penning thoughts became easier on Miro.

Miro was recommended to us from our technical vendor. This was the first time our team had used Miro and some of us quickly found it to be useful when contributing and working with multiple external stakeholders.

It was like learning a new software/tool at the beginning but simpler.
This is good as one does not need to spend a lot of time to understand the tool and methodology to work on it.
Boards can be locked, meaning giving access to necessary people and this way you can work on 1 board with multiple parties
For external stakeholders projects it has shows an easy way to collaborate.
To discuss ideas and receive feedback, all in an agile way.
This helps to move faster, thus reducing the time needed to complete a project, directly reducing costs

Well suited for collaborative workspaces especially external stakeholders.

One of our projects involved gathering a lot of feedback from external stakeholders, to review and work in an agile way. Miro helped achieve it, as it is an open tool.
