Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I mainly use it to brainstorm, gather results of research, collect inspiration and do my initial sketches.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Very intuitive.
  • Clean and simple design.

Cons

  • I don't like the way you announce new features - the "what's new" popup is too big and full of too much information. I always close it without reading.
  • Im missing a simple line and arrow - when im using the line, it always gets "sticky" and tries to attach to something.
  • Sometimes i use hebrew (RTL), and when trying to create bullets is not working well.
  • It was very helpful to brainstorm with other people, especially in the Zoom era, where everyone can connect to the same file and write at the same time.
  • Being able to use the product without page or table limitations helped me manage my content sorted according to my needs.
  • I especially like the feature of pasting content that Miro has compiled into a designed unit - it saves a lot of time.
Did not integrate with other products.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I like the big page that I can organize how I like (compared to Word, which is limiting). I work with Figma most of the time, and it's a shame that there is no connection between the two.
