Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as a key tool in our Digital Innovation Lab, linked to our Design Thinking activities.

Pros

  • Brainstorming
  • Ideation sessions.
  • Retrospective sessions.

Cons

  • Integration with Agile tools, like Taiga.
  • Account management.
  • Very good value for money.
  • Improves productivity in brainstorming and ideation sessions.
Implementation was really easy and straightforward. People were quite fast in taking advantage of product capabilities, as it is really user-friendly.
We have not integrated Miro with other tools, but we saw some concerns on this area in the user community
We have been using Miro with team members that are working in different locations. Straightforward process.

Miro provided more features and capabilities for brainstorming and ideation sessions.
It very well fits our Innovation Lab activities. Not so sure about possible usage in other scenarios.
