Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for Sprint and workshop themes. It is great to work with a team on a task and see the solution rising in MIRO. It is also used to track tasks with KANBAN. Very easy to use. You can also use it for your daily tasks and team tasks. The brainstorming and mind map board is also great, fast, and easy to use.

Pros

  • Templates are great!
  • Drag and drop of documents and pictures.
  • Tag and cluster function.
  • Coloured frames and posts.

Cons

  • The arrows are not that good. I need arrows that I can put everywhere without a connection point.
  • flexibility of doing workshops from everywhere with a very good quality.
It is easy to integrate data from different types. You can drag and drop it very easily.
It helped and will help us to collaborate with different locations. The benefit is that we can all work together on one board for one specific task at different times (if needed).

Workshop and Sprint could be easily made. Templates could be used and also easily adopted to my specific needs. Remote work is very easy with the whole team. There is always enough space for new ideas, tasks, Kanban boards, etc., in one board. In conclusion, you have an overview of one specific theme in one board.
