Overall Satisfaction with Miro

The best thing with Miro is very user-friendly, easy to use, and has a very intuitive and customizable web UI which speeds up out our work especially when dealing with huge projects. Remote collaboration is made more accessible by using Miro which helps our organisation to set clear goals and objectives. Unlike other alternatives it's very lightweight and flexible hence saves our hardware because it doesn't require any installation. Its an easy tool for everyone and boost collaboration, by seamless integrations with our tools we like working with improves our productivity. Miro let's my team collaborate in a hybrid work environment, and allows them to work together on projects, interactive workshops and seminars easily.

Pros

  • Miro customizability is limitless and so user is able to create a lot of things using it's intuitive templates.
  • I like the live cursor feature which is fantastic for online collaboration allows teams work together on projects and workshops.
  • Small but useful features like voting and timers are great for improving our productivity.
  • Miro makes it super easy for my teams to collaborate in a hybrid work environment.

Cons

  • The only dislike is how the board management within different teams, ownership management and sharing doesn't work out-of-the-box.
  • Another disadvantage is that I am not able to copy and paste using mouse I need to go with control v.
  • Boost collaboration in s hybrid working environment.
  • Miro integration with Jira allows us to manage and track our most prolific projects easily.
  • Easy to host remote workshops for educational and business related purposes.
Implementation was definitely a hustle free. Its a lightweight tool that doesn't make things more complex.
Through the seamless integrations improves my team performance and engagement. We are able to create workshops, mind map, sitemaps, flowcharts and also maybe create a framework in kanban style for best and easy projects management.
Improves collaboration and my team work together hence boost productivity and ROI.

I love the sticky notes which are very beneficial we can group the tasks based on priority and work capacity and collaborative brainstorming activities which improves our teamwork and productivity effectively. I love the integration with Jira which enables us to manage and track all our projects easily. The support is unrelieved and very responsive 24/7.
Miro is very user-friendly, customizable and flexible it allows me to create great product boards and shape MVPs dashboards easily.
I appreciate the usefulness of colour code in my notes where it's easy to share them with stakeholders and get aligned while receiving feedback through comments. This improves our ideation process.
