Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to facilitate strategic engagements with our customers. It's to understand how our software is used with respect to their tech stack and general business utilization. Our software portfolio can address a myriad of business use cases, so virtual engagements with the Miro board have been essential to uncovering value.
  • Screen sharing with simple UI components
  • Google image search
  • General navigation
  • Ability to include virtual participation from customers
  • Improved Productivity
  • Increased Collaboration
  • Tech stack consolidation
We haven't used it that much for internal use. It has almost entirely been used as one person sharing their screen and controlling for a remote audience. I would like for us to be better about internal collaboration with our team members, not just external sales engagements. However, the few times in which it has been used internally has been successful.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Long engagements requiring multiple stakeholders. This could be brainstorming, business value mapping, or retrospectives. It is a fun and easy-to-watch tool that would have significantly less impact if it wasn't well functioning. May not be necessary for anything that has limited collaboration. Personally, I would like to see more ways in which we can use the tool internally.
