Overall Satisfaction with Miro

we used Miro for project planning, problem solving, system design, and process flow. Use miro as the whiteboard for on-line collaboration with teammates is very powerful Be able to breakdown the project or issue and visualize the solution with the team is very powerful. We can use it to identify the problem or uncover potential problems.
  • on-line collaboration
  • white boarding
  • navigating the board using mouse pad/short cut is a bit clumsy.
  • flow chart capability is limited
  • improved productivity at least 50% using Miro.
  • by visualize the issue/solution, it reduces ambiguity and brings clarity and focus to the solution
keep it simple and do the features well. Do not try to boil the ocean, focus on the details.
We are still figuring out the options.
Miro provides big impacts when it comes to planning.
we bring everyone together to the board, and start brain storming on the project and the ability to free form is the best. we fill out the board as we go. Keep it simple and stupid.

we use Miro, Figma, Lucidchart interchangeably.
we mainly use Miro for whiteboarding, idea gathering. once we define the process, then we translate that into Lucidchart for information sharing.
miro is best for whiteboarding. Team can start project planning, problem solving, process norming with a blank board.
we also use the board to our retrospective. everyone can grab stickies and start putting ideas, questions, suggestions to the board.
