Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used in my organization to facilitate workshops and exercises internally as well as conduct customer research. Miro has allowed us to solve business problems relating to process improvement amongst internal teams, and user experience improvements amongst both our customers and internal employees for several different applications. On the internal side, it has allowed us to bring different stakeholders together to provide opinions/perspectives and explore ideas for development of our internal tools. As for the customer side, Miro is used to conduct customer interviews, analyze findings, and ultimately pinpoint opportunities to improve our customer experience.

The user friendly platform has allowed for anyone in the organization to quickly learn how to use Miro. The ability for multiple users to use the platform at once allows employees to learn from one another as they see each other navigate the Miro board
