Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Collaborating virtually across offices, states and countries when running workshops for our product development teams.

we run product development workshops to collect and analyse new ideas, vote on the most important things to work on and also to synthesise market research.

  • Work concurrently on the same document
  • Start small and build on ideas as we have more information
  • Pre-made Templates so we don’t have to design things from scratch
  • Exporting & importing images or content
  • Text size is hard to read on the screen
  • Logging in guest users - we often have challenges with external users accessing our boards
  • Reduced travel
  • Reduced printing
  • Easier to collaborate
Was easy to implement across our entire organisation with single sign on via Okta. We have a central admin that manages licenses which seems to work too.

We have added a number of extensions to Miro but I have not been involved any specific integrations outside of this.
It’s made it really easy to work across different locations. Our teams are split across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Asia. So Miro makes our lives so much easier that we can collect and analyse ideas on a single page without having to create a PowerPoint document which are really hard to collaborate in.

Miro has a Much better functionality set and it’s user experience is so much better too.
Workshopping new ideas for features we are wanting to build in our systems.

we do kick off sessions to provide context on projects and collect and analyse information.

we use the boards to then synthesise market research to help us weigh up different options and to visualise feedback easily.
