Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to create templates to facilitate virtual workshops. I also use Miro in meetings when we need to have quick decisions or ideation or capture notes.

Pros

  • Organise frames
  • Capture notes allowing all to work together
  • Helps making group voting

Cons

  • Voting is a bit lacking or hard to use
  • When you have many boards it is hard to find them - needs a better way to sort
  • Boards become heavy and need to be achieved
  • It is a must tool when meeting virtually and reduces travel need.
  • Better productivity
Miro works with Google Meet. It works okay.
Miro allows me to work with colleges in other countries and reduce travel needs.

The products were nearly the same when I used MURAL. My company uses Miro hence I do not use other tools.
Miro works well in a virtual scenario or hybrid scenario. However, when most of the team is in person, and a few individuals are remote/virtual, there should be an easy way to capture information shared in the room on a whiteboard and transfer it to Miro. Right now, we are using photos.
