Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for a multitude of uses depending on our engagement. The main business problem we use Miro for is to have a collaborative workspace where multiple users can share their input and view changes live. Example use cases are as follows:
- Capturing and theming interview notes for prioritisation
- Defining and mapping business processes
- Running workshops to elicit feedback, ideas and solutions
- Communicating ideas and gathering feedback live
Pros
- Templates that help kick-start your work
- Exporting information into other formats like excel, pdf, images
- Capturing flow diagrams with arrow and lines
Cons
- It would be great to see some natural language processing to help analyse and theme sticky notes during brainstorm sessions
- It has definitely improved communication and productivity by helping to streamline thinking on a page rather than just words being thrown around
It's greatly impacted the ability to collaborate when on a new project, especially with a lot of remote working today. It allows individuals to continue working in a shares workspace with no restrictions and allows others to catchup with the changes through comments or notes
