Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use it for four things.
  • Drive co-creation sessions with my team and stakeholders
  • Retrospective sessions
  • Diagram user journeys, roadmaps, and user story mapping
  • Checking the discovery results from the UX team

Pros

  • Multiple users at the same board
  • Templates for preset themes (User story mapping, Kanban boards, etc...)
  • Time controls for multi user online sessions

Cons

  • Onboarding to integrate Miro with Apps and what to expect
  • Mobile version to edit boards (at least simple things like changing a text)
  • Discovery time reduced
  • Improved the way of communication with internal users and stakeholder was made
We have a remote working culture, so it supports the meetings in which every team member should participate. Also if you are planning to run a session where anonymity is required/important, allowing to use a board without login is important.

Miro was selected by the company, so I don't have any particular reason to add
In my daily work as Product Manager, Miro helps me to drive (online and offline) co-creation sessions. To diagram the user interactions, my processes, the user journey map, the roadmap, and many others.

I don't use it at all to display thing related to metrics, KPIs, numbers and overall data because it's not easy to update
