Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We had always used Miro to enhance collaboration for online meetings but really leaned into it in 2020 with the shift to work from home. We use Miro for problem solving sessions, a book club, brainstorming, planning of software development, prototyping new ideas, and more.
Pros
- Build engagement
- Increase collaboration
- make meetings more productive and inclusive
Cons
- Loading on very large boards can be slow, would like to see a more automated way to archive older sections
- Sometimes tricky to find specific boards if they haven't been favorited, find the board menu-structure not intuitive
- Saved tens of thousands of dollars by enabling the teams to collaborate more quickly and easily via remote meetings versus doing the same activities without Miro or traveling to a central location.
Miro has greatly improved collaboration and expedited new product development processes.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes - I have only used the mobile app a few times but was pleased to see that it basically replicated the UI seen on my laptop, and with single sign on I was quickly and easily able to see my boards and teams and collaborate on our projects while on the go.
