Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I always wanted a tool that would allow a team to remotely collaborate in solving a problem using PDCA (brasinstorming, causes analysis, priorization and action plan). I thought we would always need to be in the same room in order to do the job. Miro is the best tool for this job.
Pros
- Problem Solving
- Processes Review
- PDCA
Cons
- Tool seems to be heavy. I have noticed my PC struggles when it is in execution.
- It reduced costs since you can complete tasks without bringing people together in one single place.
It helped A LOT. I consider this MIRO's biggest achievment.
