Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to organize our ideas, product presentation and to help solve high level thematic issues in our vision.

Pros

  • Allow to organize and present everything in a way that matches our vision
  • Make collaboration cross-functionally incredibly easy and accessible
  • Allow for use of multi-media approaches in our process

Cons

  • Improve program quality when boards become very full with lots of assets
  • Improve the way you can scan and move across large boards of assets to get to the location you want to go to
  • It has allowed for improved productivity and clarity in team goals and vision
It has allowed us to work cross-functionally with other teams who have radically different needs and goals than us to accomplish in a way that has allowed them to see our vision and what we are trying to do. This clarity has really helped us come together to troubleshoot issues and find solutions to things that otherwise wouldn't lead to mutually accepted results

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I truly believe that Miro is best at creating think spaces where you can organize your pages/assets in a way that is cohesive to your vision. It allows someone who is not directly involved to come in and see the linear progression of ideas and product so that the overall message and direction makes sense.

We use Miro a lot in our early development stages of product so there are times when we have a lot of reference material and photos in a particular board that we might not use, but want to keep in case we need in the future. I feel that there isn't a great system to store things like this in a way that doesn't clog up the board without having to delete them.
