Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a great tool for collaboration. Especially with remote teams, it allows to co-build ideas and to brainstorm. The amount of features included allow to build flows, draw, quickly sketch or to note down notes. During the years I have used it to brainstorm ideas, to run retrospectives, to present to stakeholders. Strongly recommended
  • good presentation tool
  • co-editing
  • commenting
  • history of edit should be visible and available
  • search functionality across text within boards
  • better collaboration
  • quick communication
  • offline communication has increased and it allowed us to reduce the amount of meetings
Big steps have been done to integrate Miro to other systems (slack and Jira) but something more can be done
The best thing of Miro is that everyone invited to the board can co-edit at the same time. People can follow what other people are doing as well as co-collaborate at the same task under the same timer. The availability of Miro allows to work in remote and not synchronised times and provide visibility of work done. It prevents to spend time in useless meetings

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Great for presentation. Less useful for backlogs and everything that need to be referenced somewhere else.
Miro is a board so shall be used as a board rather than as full documentation as it is difficult to maintain.
As a board, it works perfectly!
