Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro daily to document workflow ideas and to present these ideas to the other product managers in the team as well as the technology leadership and development teams.
  • It removes barrier and enables me to create diagrams in minutes
  • I am able to complete discovery faster by visualizing the challenge
  • I am able to collaborate more effectively
  • I am able to get others on board faster
  • I am able to gather feedback without additional meetings
  • Exporting information for presentations can be better
  • Setting a primary board and managing boards in general
  • Definetely improved productivity
  • Improved clarity and faster discover that leads to better requirements, accelerated development and improved quality of what teams are able to develop
  • Miro definitely helps to shorten decision making for the users working on the actual projects and in the details. The impact can be less visible to the leadership teams because someone in the org has to construct the message and present the data to the the decision makers. I know my manager and others in the team have struggled to get buy in for a larger set of licenses.
It definitely positively impacted our teams. I do think that remote is the new norm. I do not even think about being remote or not. With Covid all of our expectations and realities have been changed. In our case, we've had development teams across the globe for a while. So this element of remote teams in totally different time zones is a norm.

I do have to note that Miro is best for business decision-making and then for engaging leadership or high-level concepts. Our developers still rely on Jira to get details.

All the scenarios I've documented earlier.
In general, I would love to have all of the collaborators on Miro, but we have limited licenses. So i hope Miro sales team will engage better with our leadership to get additional licenses at the price that makes sense for our org.
