Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to understand complex problems related to business strategy and my teams objectives . I leverage to make interesting visuals to engage my team members as well as teaching them when to use the product v. other collaborative offerings
  • Snap points, Make it a breeze to keep everything perfectly aligned
  • Icon placement, being able to choose from an expansive library of icons and shapes make the infographics much more engaging without the complexity of using a dedicated graphic design program.
  • Framing, Being able to bring everyone to a certain spot to review is extremely helpful with keeping task
  • Zoom integration, When trying to leverage the zoom app most if not all participants are unable to see
  • Load time, Sometimes the service takes a bit to load what I would consider an approachable amount of data
  • Reduced time to prototype
  • Reduced time related to rework since team members can see changes real time and quickly correct them there
Doesnt work well with the one integration to zoom
Working in a geographically diverse team Miro has enabled to collaborate as though we are ideating in the same space. Really helps team moral

Yes

Miro is well suited if you want to make a more creative interpretation of business process maps due to it lacking the structure of something like Visio which is much more technical focused. This leads to it being a much quicker product to work with in terms of prototyping. Now if you want technical drawings and or really customized creations you would have to leverage another product such as one in the Adobe creative suite or one of Microsoft's specialized products.
