Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to collaborate internally within my agency, with our client, and with outside agencies. It works best for project planning and tracking across multiple deliverables. We have also used it to plan projects in the future, as well as use the sticky note feature to collaborate and ideate on problems.

  • Auto resizing can be frustrating if another collaborator has not used the tool before, slight hurdle to overcome when new to the tool
  • After leaving the session, no "history" feature so its hard to go back when someone has messed up formatting
  • Improved alignment across agencies
It has allowed us to whiteboard virtually across multiple agencies

Yes

It is well suited for smaller team style collaboration with 2-8 users. It is not as well suited for very large projects of collaboration, because edits can be made by accident if users are new to the tool. Good for adapting to fit to your project need versus using a standard PPT or Word doc template where you are more limited.
