Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It facilitates the communication and interaction. It is very easy to use to draw shapes, list things, etc. The space is huge within a Miro board, we can also create various Miro boards for all our needs. The tool is also very UX friendly, stable, so anyone can learn and start using it quite quickly.

  • Integration of external content, like youtube links or from our own internal servers
  • More shapes
  • Perhaps some dynamic shapes too.
  • Custom made brushes.
  • Improve collaboration, has an impact on the time we spend on talk about things.
  • Improve idea exchanges as it is easy to change the content and is multi-user
  • In a specific case (stage), using Jira would have been 'too much', so using Miro was an effective way to still track objectives.
It definitely helps us as we can at any time, even outside 'regular work hours' easily access the content and work on it, doesn't matter where we are. Miro is in my opinion a very strong platform for idea sharing, quick iteration and collaboration. At the moment this is how we use it and it works well for us.

MS Visio is in my experience a comparable product in some extent while they are also quite different. IMO overall Miro is far more convenient and appealing, so I do not use anymore MS Visio at all. the real time multi user collaboration, the visual representation which also is more interesting, the UX also are better in Miro
Miro is a very convenient tool for collaboration. It can be useful in several scenarios where colleagues, individuals collaborate on various topics. Items which we want to communicate to others, we can do that easily, clean content. It can't contain much interactive, animated content, this is a segment where the tool can be improved IMO.
