Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Since Covid, there's been a need for reliable digital tools to replace physical tools. We used physical whiteboards in the office for years to help explain, diagram, and brainstorm. However we didn't have solutions at home that were as feature-rich and helpful as Miro. Miro is a fantastic app that not only provides the basics (whiteboarding), but provides tables, charts, graphs, timers, and everything you need to replace the physical whiteboard with a digital one. They update regularly and listen to the community for ideas on new features. I would recommend this to any company as a go-to solution for whiteboarding.
  • Whiteboarding
  • Brainstorming
  • Co-planning
  • Team training
  • Agile Sprint sessions
  • PC app is very resource heavy.
  • The web app works better than PC app
  • Provided a good interaction platform for whiteboarding sessions
Again, Miro is wonderful on the web app and the mobile app (iPad in particular). The system is amazingly fast and precise when you click and type on the space. However, the PC app feels power-hungry and makes my entire system slow down when using it. But for everything else, it just works great! Adding team members is a breeze, collaboration is easy and seamless. The update speed between the time someone in the same board makes a change and the time it shows up is perfect!
We have 4 team members in WA, 2 in Georgia, 1 in Michigan, and 1 in Maryland. We love the tool for training, collaboration and other team based activities. We have been using Miro to do big 5 year brainstorm sessions and it works really well for our team to interact with minimal lag and minimal confusion on what is going on.

Yes

Yes

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

I was in a large brainstorming process with an outside vendor and they used it to have 15 people brainstorm and come up with ideas, then whittle it down to the best possible ideas.

I also created a training board and use it for training new employees.
