Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in different areas, like marketing, value proposition, communication, and design teams, so the uses are very different. Within my team we use Miro to design and develop digital products, so we do planning tasks, workshops, and also wireframing with Miro because with this tool we can find a lot of options for our daily tasks.
  • Virtual workshops.
  • Templates
  • Team planning.
  • Wireframes
  • Flows and diagramming.
  • Efficiency
  • Remote work is easier.
  • Space for project information.
  • Productivity in workshops.
It has has a positive impact because now is easier to have the information on a digital space where every project participant can access anywhere. The information and the date is more organized and structured, and also we can have access to all the comments of the team and the historical of changes.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro has more variety of tools and functions, so it gives more possibilities to users for doing different tasks and has a lot of information organized. On the other hand, Figma works well only for simple ideation sessions where the team only has to have simple interactions and conversations that will have, as a result, simple content or information.
Miro is well suited when you have to work remotely because it has a lot of tools that simulate presential workspaces, then it's really simple to have team sessions with different objectives. It is less suitable for wireframing because of the fidelity that you can accomplish with the components that Miro gives you.
