Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I've used Miro to both brainstorm ideas and plan out projects. It's also been used in live delivery sessions where I need interaction from the audience - both virtual and in-person. It's a great way to bring everyone together into a singular view and plan through ideas quickly and easily.

Yes! I've collaborated with stakeholders across the globe. My favorite thing is when people say they're not familiar with Miro and they get a few instructions and they're creating quickly and easily. It's amazing to see because it's such an intuitive design that allows people to easily get in there and start creating.

The whiteboard feature in Microsoft Teams is very lame compared to Miro. It has FAR less functionality and is not as easily/fun to use. The templates are very rigid, and there are no fun game ideas like there are in Miro. It's also clunky and not a smooth experience like Miro.
I'm known as the Miro expert in my organization. When I'm starting to plan a project, and it begins to become extremely complex, I typically start to put it into Miro. I'll pull in a template, or I'll use something simple, and my idea will be planned out in minutes. Then, when I need to communicate it with stakeholders, I can send them a link or screen share what I have with them so that they can see the full picture or add sticky notes when they have a thought or idea. When you have many voices in the room, it's a really great way to capture all of them. I've also used Miro to keep live sessions engaging and interactive. I find that people pay attention much better when they have a tool like Miro to work within.
