Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I was first introduced to it when working with our digital team. Within digital, we use it for all brainstorming, storytelling, work tracking projects, and Big Room Planning. I now use it in my current job as an analyst to display processes and brainstorming activities to the rest of the sales and support teams. I have also used it for collaborative exercises in teams - which was incredible.

- It's fast, intuitive, and easy to use.

- Templates could do with improvement. More basic ones and make them easier to find.

Yes absolutely. Miro has made it easy for people to participate and collaborate via teams when perhaps they would usually just listen in.
