Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is highly utilized in our diverse multi-disciplinary teams across the organization within its IT teams. The flexibility and user-friendliness of the program enable itself well to the scope and planning illustration needs of our teams during meetings, project management throughout, refining, and final result review. From start to finish on all projects and review processes, we are highly reliant on Miro as a tool and collective digital workspace.
  • Graphics, tables, and charts.
  • Collaborative team workspace project management.
  • Connect to other programs in use for the life and scope of the project.
  • Easy to navigate and amend as you go with a visual history of what has been changed.
  • Miro boards can often run together, that would be the only downside as far as keeping the data consolidated in specific boards.
  • The management team at my organization has seen and quantified the value of Miro, which is also echoed by us employees.
  • Miro has actively contributed to project turnaround speed, translation, and understanding of ideas and reduced unnecessary meetings or face-to-face time due to the flexibility and usability of the program.

This had been done before my time at the company, and I feel it would have been conducted well, as my introduction to using Miro had been done so well by my team, who are naturally enthusiastic about a product that makes their jobs easier. Miro is so easy to use; there really is no need to be a tech guru or expert to get the most use out of the program.
I have connected Miro with a few other programs and have found it useful, quick to respond, and easy to manage the flow of data and information to and from.
Our teams are located all around the world, all with different projects that interconnect on some level, also with different project outcomes, expectations, and teams - some of which do not use Miro but will come across links back to used workspaces for our projects. We find having a digital workspace that transcends space and time is a huge component of remaining a productive and project-focused team with high output results.

I have not used another program like Miro, but now that I know about this, I will be keen to continue using the program across any and all potentially suitable industries.
Miro offers a great digital collaboration space within organizations that may find they are working remotely to converge in a recorded space to define, design, and deliver ideas and projects. I can foresee this tool being highly useful across many fields, not just IT. IT teams are particularly fond of these kinds of programs, however, any project management hinged role could easily benefit from the use of Miro. I can't see this program being particularly useful in the case of real estate or accounting. However, the other industries it can be applied to I feel would be virtually limitless as long as there are teams that will need a digital space to converge, work together, and grow.
