Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Collaboration within our team on our site but also facilitates collaboration across multiples countries. Brain storming and mind mapping on an individual and group basis. Creating info graphics for presentations.
  • Live brainstorming sessions
  • Live voting
  • Energiser sessions
  • Big miro boards can be slow to use, experience buffering issues
  • I sometimes struggle with shapes and arrows when drawing flowcharts. Could be even more intuitive
  • Provided a platform to complete a complex innovation project with 25 participants constantly engaged in live interaction settings. There is no other tool that I'm aware of that could have done as good a job.
One minor criticism - I signed up for two users and then invited other people to a board. They automatically became users it seems? I was temporarily charged extra for those seats when in my mind they should have been free users. I had to correct the account types afterwards. It wasn't obvious what I did wrong though in the invitations.
I've answered this specific question earlier.

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Group collaboration exercises including anonymous voting. Allows introverts to have equal say in group decisions where they may have been drowned out in traditional face to face group meeting sessions. On the other hand, I see people trying to use it as a presentation tool, walking people around a board while screen sharing, but it's just not as good as PowerPoint. Separate slides allow for clarity of message, bringing the audiences focus to where the presenter wants it.
