Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use miro as the innovation process, it is the tool in which we confide all the documents and make the Design Thinking process for each project.

- PRovide templates
- Versatile
- It is difficult to download in HD each frame, when you download it, sometimes it is too small and you cant read it
- The presentation feature should be more interactive that just making zoom on each frame
- It can automatically generate presentation slides
- Improved productivity
- Centralization of documents
- Transparency and visibility
It has impacted really well, it allowed us to do a workshop with people form six different countries at the same time and they were all participating

They dont even stack or compete, they dont have the same features and Visio is not as user friendly as miro
