Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro allows us to dive deep into several phases. Help us to draw initial ideas as well as elaborate on them. We also use Miro to define our product roadmaps, and visually describe issues, before entering them into the development pipeline. Additionally, Miro is really helpful for us in the brainstorming stage. We develop software and hardware solutions (IoT), Miro helps us to keep synchronised in both worlds (and the people involved).
  • Visual description of a process that helps to communicate the purpose and the failure points.
  • It helps with the root cause analysis, while enriches the causes with media that supports your logic.
  • While describes the process helps with the GAP analysis because helps you to visualize all the value chain in the same place
  • Organise highy complex scenarios in a non-structured way at the begining, while construct a story with those facts after visually undestand the whole picture.
  • Better integration with Jira Software that just task creation, for instance automatic roadmap extraction.
  • AI integration, but I've seen you've recently included an initial tool. AI could help with image recognition.
  • Image processing capabilities to panoramic construction or document scanned processing.
  • Very easy to put on a document what happened in a field-test and start a reasoning on top of the facts.
  • A negative point of Miro could be the fact that boosts the creativity, so it is difficult to keep a homogeneous way of draw to describe a topic. Each one of us tries to innovate :)
  • Really boost the creativity. Also, templates are very useful to deal with the white paper fear.
We have distributed teams and remote workers, it enables real-time collaboration and idea sharing without the need for in-person meetings. Miro provides us tools for documenting and organizing information. Our teams can capture discussions, ideas, and feedback directly on the board, ensuring that valuable information is preserved. Miro also give us features like tags, comments, and voting, making it easier to categorize and prioritize content.

Miro really works to build visual histories, and draw on top of them your analysis, decision and considerations. Really helps to showcase real-case scenarios, pilots, field tests and start building conclusions in a collaborative way the next actions.
Miro does not work if you look for a precise schematic/drawing tool.
