Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for a variety of reasons. From organizing internal meetings and offsites to brainstorming, workshops, roadmaps, onboarding, and contest engagement. We also use it for client workshops, affinity mapping, road mapping, journey mapping, and persona creation, you name it. Miro allows teams from all over the US to come together and collaborate in a way to reduces the barrier to participation. No longer is a meeting dominated by the loudest speaker and we don't hear the ideas from the ones that don't chime in because they feel that it doesn't add value to the conversation. I truly believe Miro levels the playing field. It also allows for real-time collaboration which has increased our efficiency and the value we bring to our clients.
- Enables collaboration
- Brings the in-person workshop experience to a virtual realm
- Easy to get started interface
- Miroverse!
- The app. It's such a slow experience that takes up too much space on my computer. I use the website all the time which is a different model than many other companies
- I would love for the new private mode feature to ask me if I want to reveal automatically when the timer stops (reduce the steps I need to make)
- More music options for the timer!
- I'd like to be able to "bring forward or send backwards" as well as "Bring to the front and send to the back". When you're layering items, it's such a pain to do so
- Increased efficiency
- Increased engagement
- Reduced travel costs for workshops
Have shared this in the other questions. The ease of getting started combined with the ability to participate from anywhere at any time has improved our engagement, collaboration, and efficiency in collaborating on projects. We started out with a pilot of Miro and now everyone is asking me how they can get a license.
