Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use it to visualize customer flows, external material, collaborate with other teams to execute a project.
Pros
- easy to use once you get used to it
- how dynamic it is
- integration of creative components
- formatting features allows you to easily visually segment things, whether it's different projects or separate elements of a project
Cons
- sometimes the copy/paste thing is finicky if theres multiple elements in what you're dealing with
- good for collaboration
- nice "simulation" for those who prefer pen on paper, but the Miro allows for easier editing and adjustment
Perfect for collaboration between marketing, product, design, etc. allows me to take load off of design,specifically graphic designer, for visual drafts as well as providing a rough draft of what I want the designers to execute
