Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for group trainings.
Pros
- easy to explain and use
- usually works with no issues if users are connected to strong wi-fi
- I particularly like, that I can upload short videos directly to Miro for users to watch
Cons
- Me and my fellow trainers (from different organization) have hard time copying boards from my each others' Miros
- sometimes participants cannot enter a board as guests, without sharing their emails (which they not always want to do)
- sometimes uploading pictures takes looong time
- it's more about a decent white board - personally, I prefer Mural, but many of my clients ask for using Miro - they consider it more safe
Yes - it's definitely easier to brainstorm and keep track of projects with colleagues from other continents
