Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to facilitate brainstorms and workshops within the company virtually. I use it myself too as a way to organize research into themes using the post its and grouping tools.

Pros

  • Visual aids in the basic tools provided
  • Accessibility for all to use
  • Paste from excel has been a life saver

Cons

  • Migrating sitckey notes to excel can be a challenge
  • improved productivity
  • improved engagement in workshops
  • quicker capturing of the end results
none that come to mind. I use it more as a secondary tool, not necessarily day to day type of work.
It depends what you're "integrating" in terms of the project and participants
Yes- as I've stated I use it to collaborate with team members across the US

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

They're very similar but FigJam can be easier for those with Figma experience. I used Miro in grad school so I gravitate to using it because it's familiar.
virtual brainstorms and workshops are great
anything with live drawing or something other that typing out ideas (like a whiteboard) can be difficult or less appropriate
