Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to map out processes in order to identify bottlenecks, pain points or other areas for improvement. We use it for both current state and future state mapping as well as to compile team inputs for improvement activities. We often make use of the voting features in the tool to help the team narrow down their selections/recommendations.
Pros
- Online collaboration
- The editing / layout capabilties are very intuitive and easy to use
- Great samples/templates to start from
Cons
- Ease of accessibility - team members are often unsure if they have full or partial liscenses
- Continued development on training options
- Process visibility has been expanded so we can make productivity gains
- Problem solving can be more visible using Miro, enabling faster time to root cause
Miro allows us to have lean focused events with teams across the globe. We can assign work in different time zones, meet briefly to review and then continue work in later time zones. Having teams work simultaneously across many time zones allows us to still have collaborative events but without the travel related expenses.

Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Miro's white board feature is superior to Teams. Teams is fine for voice/video/screen sharing but is not as good as Miro for collaborating in a single space like the Miro Whiteboard
