I’ve used Miro to plan our campaign flows, and email journeys. Helps us visualize automations and different paths. Also great for brainstorming connected processes and projects. Easy to use, easy to share, and a great collaboration tool. Mapping out complex journeys helps make final decisions and speeds implementation for go to market.
