Miro changed our way of running Retros
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We usually use Miro for our Sprint Retros, Quarterly Planning, Post Mortem sessions and for drafting new ideas/tech diagrams, HLDs, etc.
It's a tool were we can easily share our thoughts in teams and we can play easily with the team members allocation via specific project and teams. It also integrates with Jira and has a lot of perks that we use on the boards that we find very useful, like: timer, music, voting, raise hand, etc

Pros
- Easy to share the board with others
- Plenty of pre-design templates to choose from depending in your need
- Intuitive to use for any new member
- Integrates easy with other tools that we use, like Jira
Cons
- More diverse music when we use the timer on it. Maybe an YouTube plugin would work?
- Less time spent on creating Sprint Retro board as it's easy to duplicate an existing one
- More fun to use with the gif and emoticons plugins
- Easy to zoom in and zoom out so more space can be used on the board and easily navigate through it when presenting to an audience
As mentioned earlier, we use Miro for our remote squads, and we found very easy to onboard new teams and new members in Miro.
