Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to map and communicate a variety of business functions. Specifically, we use Miro boards to map digital marketing workflows, to establish snapshots of regulatory and jurisdictional ecosystems, to build product development maps, and more. Miro ensures that cross-functional collaboration is efficient, clearly laid out, and easily understood.
Pros
- Visually charts workflows
- Increases cross-functional visibility
- Synthesizes complex objectives with actionable work
Cons
- Add more templates
- Make arrow positioning more accurate
- Response times for shape add, etc. could be quicker
- Increased business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.
- Reduced the time required to launch digital add campaigns.
- Elevated productivity and visibility of regulatory stakeholders
The impact that Miro has had on the ability of remote teams to collaborate is undeniable. Every feature of the program enables people to work together. Comment functions and edit notifications are also huge for big projects that need consistent, high-level attention. The color features and style options are also helpful to track the individual contributions.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
We have a long history of using Miro and have never had issues with accessibility, function, or pricing. After a recent discussion to move to an alternative platform, we decided that the superior features of Miro were more important than saving a few dollars. ClickUp seemed a little more complex which is something we're definitely not interested in.
