Miro is great!
Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Pros
- Allows for multiple users to engage
- Very flexible for copying content into other documents
- Robust features for a variety of diagram types.
Cons
- Templates for workflow diagrams
- Greater ability to use colors and shapes (e.g. opacity, transparency,
- More diagram templates for infographics
- Created efficiencies in gathering community feedback
- Able to synthesize information from Miro into a report very quickly because it's easy to copy the information on the post-its.
- Makes my work look more professional
It has been fantastic. I find it easy to invite people and have them participate. Sometimes, if they're unfamiliar with the tool, they unlock elements and that's a problem. Also, sometimes, if they don't correctly follow the link I sent, they're prompted to create an account and they get caught in a loop. It has been an infrequent, but severe problem.
