Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro offers a good way to work on complex projects collaboratively as well as visualizing concepts and projects. Additionally, Miro offers us the capability to create the necessary workflows we will be integrating into our Enterprise Architecture.

  • less time spent on meetings explaining the different concepts verbally
  • Increased productivity especially when brainstorming and concept development is involved.
It has plenty of integrations, allowing the use of Miro alongside other apps (Project Management, Wiki etc). The ability to work a board through another app is very good.
It gave us the chance to understand and have a permanent reference of complex ideas and how they relate to each other. This is especially helpful when remote teams have to minimize boring meetings or replace one-sided presentations

Miro loaded quicker and without problems.
Miro is an excellent approach for teams that feel comfortable with visual collaboration and digital working spaces. It has a short learning curve and integrates nicely with other applications.
At the same time, it does not allow teams to run a project on Miro alone. They have to switch to something else and use Miro for flowcharts or concepts.
