Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We generally use Miro to make meeting notes as it happens. The feature allowing to branch out from an item and be connected to whatever else is on the board makes referencing easier, particularly concerning court cases. We also use it to make corporate / relational diagrams according to client inquiries and or to be added in the legal memos we put out. One downside to the hierarchy chart is that the connection options are limited to the sides of the text for some reason versus having sides, top, and bottom of any other item type Overall extremely useful for our company needs

Pros

  • Relational connections between items
  • Hyperlinking for easy reference
  • Ability to add external links

Cons

  • When using the + in hierarchy chart, connection points are limited to the sides of the text versus having sides, top, and bottom of any other item type, making the diagram look messy
  • improved productivity
  • better organization and reference in notes
Our company follows a completely remote set up. Having a tool like Miro makes discussion on our meetings streamlined since all in the team are using just one board for our notes. Editing and customizing diagrams is also easier now with Miro.

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Initially discovered Miro during my bar exam preparations. I would say Miro would help students with notes and reviewers studying for exams. Miro is also a great tool while brainstorming - the ability to be edited in real time by multiple people is a huge plus. In planning out for anything.
