To scope the work, to quickly make schemes and tables for sprint review / retro sessions
Pros
- To quickly create a diagram scoping the project, explaining software design and tech infrastructure
- To quickly create a visualization / table, e.g. kanban for project management
- For polling / voting while making a decision
- For documentation purposes it helped us aggregate information in a visual format
- Some meetings are performed on Miro
- The functionalities sometimes are hard to understand, the UI seems complex
