Game changing for corporate collaboration
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
From mapping customer journeys, to UX wireframes, content changes and more - Miro is my workday hero. When it comes to the Apps I mainly use throughout my day, it's Teams, followed closely by Miro. As a Digital Journey specialist, it's my job to look after specific end-to-end e-commerce experiences; this can involve launching new products, optimising existing pages and mapping out customer journeys to sale. With Miro, I can map those journeys truly end-to-end and not have to switch between apps. I've got the added ability to add comments, overlay mark ups, and collaborate with stakeholders and teammates on the fly. What I love most? Just like my e-commerce journeys aren't static, neither is Miro - it's a living whiteboard that you can keep iterating on, and new features are always launching!
Pros
- Constant updates and new features
- Templates
Cons
- Large boards can be difficult to load
- Sticky notes aren't always private - you can still see the author
- Improved productivity
- Increased visibility
- Improved collaboration
I work mainly remotely, with team members across Australia dialling in remotely as well. Miro gives us the ability to collaborate as if we were all in a room, white boarding together. Without Miro, I would not be able to collaborate to the level I do with my teams - and I would not have the visibility I do over UX, VD and copy for my projects - meaning the quality of work I deliver would be impacted negatively.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
