Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for all of my program and project management. I work with global teams, and the ability to clearly and efficiently collaborate on complex problems and issues using Miro is a lifesaver. The Kanban workflow and issue bull's-eye chart are a "must have" for every project I run. Easier to understand and less moving parts to maintain than Jira, our teams are able to stay on track and connect without jumping on endless back-to-back meetings.
- Process mapping
- Kanban workflow
- Collaboration
- Agile Retrospective (running and following up)
- User Experience Design
- Ability for multiple users to edit kanban cards at the same time
- Assign multiple owners (or a backup) to kanban cards
- Excel exports for Kanban workflows could be improved (right now things don't export according to swimlanes or status, this would be very helpful when reporting out to users outside of Miro or building dashboards)
- Collaboration with global teams
Our team is global and our ability to all jump on the same call is limited, Miro gives us the option to stay connected and collaborate 24/7 regardless of the time zone differences. We are able to visualize our ideas in real time as we build our processes and workshop problem solutions.
Way more user-friendly and easier to use than Microsoft products for collaboration. Permissions are easier to set than on SharePoint, multiple people can work on the same document without version control issues that often plague our teams. I will create an entire landing board for each new project and upload related files and details so they are all easily accessed in one space.
