Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro within our digital UX design team to scope out projects, new features, user journeys, app maps, user testing, QA, retrospectives, and more. The templates are flexible enough for what we need. I find that the boards can get a bit laggy when there are lots of screenshots or videos. However, we can link to shared drives or create sub-boards to mitigate this. Miro's best feature is being able to collaborate in real-time - it's our go-to tool!
- Improved productivity through real-time collaboration between remote workers.
- Greater information sharing through team workspaces.
- Miro suits a lot of purposes, which has helped streamline our toolset.
We use it all the time for collaboration between team members who work remotely. It replaces the need for physical boards, post-its, and other tracking tools.
