Overall Satisfaction with Miro
GAME. CHANGER.
Myself and my team all work remote. Problem solving collaboratively used to have to be an in-person expectation for valuable results. Not anymore. This allows us to collaborate and all be engaged simultaneously. I wish we would have had something like this well before it existed. I also use it to manage our team's daily, weekly, monthly standard work and projects. It allows us to have more transparency and deliver more results on-time. This is a tool that fosters a team engagement and collaboration best practice habits/techniques. I won't use anything else.

- Facilitating Team meetings
- Project collaboration
- Strategy planning
- organization / tips for boards that get used all year or multiple years
- more copy and paste functionality from other systems (i.e. excel, google images, etc.)
- Reduced plane travel time to meet in-person where appropriate
- increased productivity when you need to meet asap but can't do it in-person
- increased transparency when you give access of a board to team members the can see the work happening in real-time
Miro helps identify areas where more resources are needed and what barriers stand in the way. Specifically having infinite space to see the whole picture to include current state, gaps, and future state all in one-view. Can't get that with excel.
