Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used for collaboration across our Agile & DevOps teams. Used for meeting facilitation, team retrospectives, process mapping, training sessions as well as Kanban board work. Also good for team building activity facilitation. Many great ready made templates for teams to use to stimulate discussion and idea generation. Easy to access and learn to use to keep information flowing smoothly. Stimulates a significant amount of interaction across the team.

Pros

  • Training session collaboration and engagement
  • Team retrospective templates
  • Easy to learn and engaging templates
  • Quick log in access and easy to navigate

Cons

  • organizing multiple boards more easily
  • naming conventions and search for finding other boards
  • more team building templates
  • Improved productivity
  • Improved collaboration and engagement
  • Ease of use and increased contribution across team
Majority of our team members are across multiple geographic locations. The collaborative interactive nature of the platform enables us to engage with each other more effectively. Stimulates engagement and involvement across both introvert and extrovert individuals in all contributing ideas at the same time on an equal playing field. Improved engagement in many respects.

Well suited for training session facilitation, provides a great collaborative platform to engage across participants and with the instructor. Provides a good way to do team retrospectives and have everyone contribute to identifying what went well, what could be done better and other improvement areas. Allows you to have participants on the board track and follow each other.
