Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has enabled us to effectively facilitate cross-functional collaboration, enabling teams to work together in real-time, share ideas, and visualize complex processes. Primarily, I use it to create and house our living customer journey maps that are shared across the entire organization. Miro makes it easy for global colleagues to access and even update/iterate on journey maps to ensure we have real-time visibility into current state. Miro also allows us to collectively come together to deep-dive into root cause and ideation workshops that lead to tactical improvement opportunities and roadmap prioritization. We've even recently started to use it to operationalize our team and org, keeping track of ideas and backlogs, and even a creative into/overview to the CX and Journeys team.
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Organization and flexibility
  • Education and examples
  • While I love the abundance of templates, they seem to lack flexibility, they're only useful if I stick to them rigidly
  • I'd love to be able to create additional folders and layers within for organization
  • Miro has increased efficiency amongst our team, saving hours of manual journey creations in other platforms
  • Miro has provided transparency to the entire org, allowing for quicker decision making and action
With an onsite, hybrid, and remote working model, it's impossible to get all relevant stakeholders in the same room at the same time. Miro gives us the capability to bring everyone together virtually and give everyone a voice. My favorite part of Miro is giving colleagues at all levels a chance be equal and celebrate the opportunity to promote brain writing.
Overall, we found that Miro was easier to use and provided more proactive guidance and templates. Also, more people were familiar with the Miro brand and had used it in previous roles.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great for bringing virtual teams together for workshopping, journey mapping, etc. They also give several templates to help first time users think about how to shape journey maps and questions to ask.

We struggle to use Miro for program management and similar functions. Because of the wide-open space, users get lost and it's difficult to keep things organized.
