Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in our company as a collaborative remote tool to update projects, track timelines, knowledge sharing.

We also use Miro as a knowledge base for past projects. For Diagramming and Product envisioning, Miro is a solid tool for us.

Essentially, visual thinking helps us speed up the process of collaboration and getting everyone's point of view on board and document. That's where Miro comes in.

Pros

  • Knowledge database
  • Workshops
  • Project Tracking

Cons

  • More Tutorial prompts for old and new features
  • Loading time issues
  • Better integration with Google Workspace
  • Reduced project completion time
  • Removing meeting times
  • Brainstorming without joining calls
We work in multiple countries of APAC and EU in different time zones. Oftentimes our time zones doesn't suit very well to make effective and faster decisions. However, Miro works well as both as a documentation and visual brainstorming tool. That's where we have been able to improve a lot of productivity for ourselves.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We used Miro not for internal use, but also to co-create designs with our internal and external users. Not everyone is well acquainted with Figma, however, getting started with Miro is super easy, and can easily be shared with any stakeholders and colleagues for visual collaboration. Miro is well appropriate for low-mid tech savvy users, who might not be proficient with tools like Atlassian.
