Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is an amazing online virtual whiteboard and management tool. It helps us a lot to manage our work in terms of planning, schedule, agile environment, and cross-functionality across our teams. We are an academy and a consultancy firm; after the outbreak of COVID-19, all of our work shifted online, and Miro was THE answer for us. Collaboration tools like no other, very friendly UX/UI, and its true success is measured by the positive feedback we always receive from our clients and participants in addition up till today (2024) people still request our online training and workshop via Miro due to how effective, easy, and smart it is to follow, learn, and collaborate at the same time.

Miro implementation is well structured; it depends on the rules of every client (as some of them wouldn't accept Miro), but the majority like it and are allowed to use it.
For millennials and Gen Z, it is very easy to implement. Sometimes, you receive resistance from older generations, but Miro is constructed in a way that anyone can take benefit of as an early adopter or even a lagger.
Alignment in parallel between different team members and projects that are projected in the space of a board from Miro is the key where we succeeded in full transparency to keep progressing on different levels between different stakeholders.

As already stated, great collaboration tool, easy to use, and manages cross-team and departments in an aligned and transparent manner. Easy to learn, use, and share with clients whether internal or external.
