Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Here at Picpay, squads use Miro as a collaborative framework where we can, together with 2 or more people, design flows, document processes, carry out brainstorming and agile ceremonies, among others. Specifically, as a PM, I use Miro to build my product strategy and roadmap so that I can share it with my squad, stakeholders and product leadership.
- Build Product Roadmap
- Build Sprint Retrospective Ceremony Templates
- Build product flow (as is/to be)
- Possibility to put popular songs during braimstorm
- Post it editing history seems a little flawed
- have more templates especially in different languages
- improved productivity
- allows collaborative work
- allows you to easily visualize flow pains and correct them
On my team I have people from all over Brazil. Miro allows us to hold calls and design our product strategy together. Furthermore, it is very good for sharing with people who could not be present at the meeting to collaborate asynchronously, making our work more productive.
I believe that Miro is much superior to Jamboard, it has much more functionality and is a more complete tool. Confluence is very good for documenting, but it doesn't work well for designing product flows as it is limited to text. I would say that Miro and Confluence are complementary products.
